Digital Gates places senior engineers inside client teams, and delivers licensing and implementation across Optimizely and Microsoft. We are based in Amman and work primarily with clients in the UK and the Gulf.
Our position
What We Actually Do
Most companies that describe themselves as staff augmentation partners are recruiters with a different invoice. The engagement ends when the placement starts, and the quality of the person you get is largely luck.
We work the other way round. We lead with the engineer, we stay engaged for the length of the placement, and we treat a bad fit as our problem to fix rather than a contract you are locked into. That is a slower, more expensive model to run — and it is the reason our clients keep the same engineers over time.
Alongside that, our partnerships with Optimizely and Microsoft mean we can handle licensing and platform delivery for clients standardised on those products, so there is one accountable partner rather than three.
