Microsoft Partner
Microsoft Cloud & Business Applications
Azure platform engineers and Microsoft business applications specialists — the cloud foundation your workloads run on, and the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform systems your business runs on.

What it is
The Short Version
Two halves of the same Microsoft practice. The platform half works on the layer underneath your product: infrastructure as code, build and release pipelines, containerisation, Azure platform work, observability and the operational practices that keep a system diagnosable at three in the morning. The business applications half works on the systems your operation runs on — Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform around it. As a Microsoft Partner with Azure-certified engineers, this is the stack we are deepest on.
Who it is for
Organisations on Microsoft — or moving to it — whose delivery speed is limited by their platform or their business systems rather than by their product engineers.
- Releases are manual, slow, or frightening enough that you batch them
- Infrastructure was clicked together and nobody can reproduce it
- An Azure migration or modernisation needs engineers who have done it before
- A Dynamics 365 or Power Platform rollout needs people who have delivered one
- An incident is hard to diagnose because nothing useful is being measured
Capabilities
What That Covers In Practice
Infrastructure as code
Terraform and Bicep, so environments are reproducible rather than artisanal.
CI/CD pipelines
Build and release automation that makes deployment boring, which is the goal.
Azure platform engineering
Landing zones, networking, Entra ID and the platform foundations your workloads sit on.
Containers and orchestration
Docker and Kubernetes, sized to what you actually run.
Application modernisation
Moving legacy .NET applications onto current frameworks and cloud services.
Dynamics 365
Implementation and extension of the business applications your operation runs on.
Power Platform
Power Apps, Power Automate and the governance that stops a useful tool becoming shadow IT.
Observability and cost
Logging, metrics and tracing that answer questions during an incident — and right-sizing so the bill stays defensible.
Questions
Things Clients Ask First
Azure most often, given our Microsoft partnership and our Azure-certified engineers, but the platform engineering practice is not provider-specific and our engineers work across the major clouds.
Yes. We are a Microsoft Partner and can handle licensing and resale alongside the engineering, or entirely separately if you already have delivery capacity. Ask us and we will be straight about which parts you actually need from us.
Yes, and that is usually the right call. A rewrite of working infrastructure is rarely the cheapest route to the outcome you actually want.
Our engineers work as part of your team, including your on-call rota if that is how you operate. We are not positioning this as a separate managed-service contract.
You do. They work to your priorities, your process and your definition of done. We stay engaged on the commercial and retention side so that you are managing an engineer, not a supplier relationship.
Tell us early and we replace them. Our model only works if the placement lasts, so a bad fit is our problem to solve rather than something you are locked into.
